Revenue mix — FY2026

Three revenue engines.

Contract Receipts (EPC) ₹ 2,346.69 Cr • 51%
Toll Receipts ₹ 1,840.76 Cr • 40%
Mining ₹ 215.91 Cr • 4.7%
Other Income ₹ 194.66 Cr • 4.2%
EPC now leads the mix

Contract receipts tripled since FY2020 and overtook toll as the largest segment.

Mining added a third engine

Overburden removal and the 25-yr BCCL MDO contract began contributing from FY2024.

Annuity cushions the cycle

Five HAM projects at COD provide contracted annuity inflows alongside O&M.

Order book visibility

As on 31st March 2026.

  • Total order book (ex un-booked MDO) ₹ 13,304.00 Crore
  • EPC contracts — 97.3% ₹ 12,895.46 Crore
  • Toll contracts — 2.7% ₹ 408.54 Crore
  • MDO scope inside order book (by FY2028–29) ₹ 1,429.24 Crore
  • Total 25-year BCCL MDO contract value ₹ 16,675.67 Crore

25-year MDO contract with Bharat Coking Coal Limited

₹ 1,429.24 Crore of the total ₹ 16,675.67 Crore MDO contract value is included in the current order book, expected to be executed by FY2028–29, ensuring stable, volume-linked cash flows over the long term.

The diversified order book across EPC (97.3%) and toll (2.7%) reduces sectoral concentration risk and supports predictable execution timelines and revenue visibility.

HAM annuity inflows

Five HAM projects at COD and one at PCOD provide contracted annuity inflows alongside O&M income — a stable recurring layer complementing EPC contract revenues.
